To register for the ACSI Summit, please complete the form below (fields in red are required fields):
Registration cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event (by April 3, 2008) will result in a full refund. Registration cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the event (by April 11, 2008) will result in a full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. For cancellations 5 days or less prior to the event (April 12, 2008 or later), or in the case of non-attendance with no notification, registration fees will not be refunded.
Payment for your registration must be made in one of the following ways:
Pay by credit card: We are able to process credit card payments via Pay Pal. After you submit your registration form, please click on the Pay Pal Pay Now button to process your payment.
