Events : Cancellation Policy

Workshops

This cancellation policy applies to all ACSI workshops.

Registration cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event will result in a full refund. Registration cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the event will result in a full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. For cancellations 5 days or less prior to the event, or in the case of non-attendance with no notification, registration fees will not be refunded.

Webinars/seminars

This cancellation policy applies to all ACSI workshops.

Registration cancellations made at least 1 week prior to the event will result in a full refund. Registration cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in a full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. For cancellations the day of the event, or in the case of non-attendance with no notification, registration fees will not be refunded.
